Awesome run!!! Official time 1:38:01. Shaved 5 min off personal record set 2 weeks ago! Felt really good through the race and had my fastest average per mile EVER!! (7:29 per mile on average).Feeling great but will definitely nap later today. Thanks to Ted for cheering me on. Next race is a 5 miler next weekend followed by the Gettysburg Half the weekend after that. Running season is here!!!
