HERSHEY 10K

CHECK OUT ADAM!!! I was excited to run the Hershey 10K with him this past weekend and he did FANTASTIC!!! Just look at him go!! He was one of a very few number of young runners for this race and finished in a super time of 53 minutes 54 seconds and was 3rd in the age group of 13 and under. He sprinted past Uncle Shawn to the finish line and was ready to spend an afternoon riding the rides in the park. We're really proud of how he did and excited to run another race with him sometime soon!!

Lots of congratulations to out to Josh recently. He had his Blue & Gold banquet where he crossed over into Boys Scouts and his basketball team won the championship. WAY TO GO JOSH!!!!!!!

ADAM'S 5K

Hey everyone,

Adam ran a 5K this past weekend in Columbia. He did really good! He ran a 27.20, dropping just over 3 minutes from a couple of weeks ago. He was the first 10 year old to finish, and the second 12&under to finish. He was 106th overall. Adam's official chip time of 27:15.94. WAY TO GO ADAM!!!

Hey everyone,

Check out #74!!! Brandon made his first start at Center in his JV football game this week. His mom says he did great! Good snaps and blocking. We are so proud of him. You'll see from the pictures, the other team's defensive line had some pretty big guys, but he held his own. WAY TO GO BRANDON!!!

ADAM'S MUSTANG STAMPEDE 5K

Official report from Amy.....Amidst the snow, ice, wind and rain, Adam ran in the Mustang Stampede 5K race Saturday morning. Given the conditions, he did great. Bettered his time from the River Valley Ranch Run by a little bit...30:13. He came in 2nd in his age group and won a trophy. Happy boy!

Congratulations Adam!!! We're really proud of you. We'll have to go for a run together soon!!

BRANDON'S CONFIRMATION

Hey everyone,

Big congratulations go out to Brandon for his confirmation this past weekend. After many months of CCD classes and preparation, he was ready to be welcomed into the church. Uncle Shawn was proud to serve as his sponsor. Brandon chose to take the name of Sebastian. He's the patron saint of atheletes. A good pick Brandon!!

THANKSGIVING @ DISNEYWORLD

We're heading to DisneyWorld tomorrow morning (Turkey Day)!!!!!!!

We will not be in the parks on Thanksgiving day so we won't get a chance to have a turkey leg in Frontierland, but we will be having our Thanksgiving dinner at Jiko in the Animal Kingdom Lodge. We will miss you all this Thanksgiving. Make sure to open our card we sent at the Thanksgiving table. LOWES SPORTS REPORT

Hey everyone,

Adam and Eric ran in a 1 mile race at the high school Saturday morning. It was called the Mustang Zombie Run. Lots of people dressed up in costumes...not the Lowes, though.

Adam won the 12&under boys division!!! He had a time of 8:07. WAY TO GO ADAM!!

Eric finished somewhere around 8:30 or so. They only recorded the top 2 finishers for boys and girls, so we don't know his exact time. AWESOME ERIC!!!

Sorry we will not be around Thanksgiving to run the Turkey Trot this year. Maybe Uncle Jason will with all of you! So cool to have more runners in the family. Would love to do some runs with your guys sometime!

Also, Brandon's football team won Friday night 33-0. He got to carry the ball, for the first time, at the end of the game, and rushed for 35 yards. Got tackled by the giant safety, or he would have scored a touchdown. He was really pumped. WAY TO GO BRANDON!!! Glad to hear you got a chance to take the ball down the field. Really exciting!
