NEW FREEDOM FUN!!

Hey everyone,

SO MUCH SNOW!!!!!!! Looks like Josh and Ethan got outside today and had some fun.

Looks like the mailbox has been cleared for mail and the driveway looks great!!!! I wonder if Josh and Ethan helped out much??? Did you do some shoveling to help your dad???

Can't quite figure out if Taylor likes it or not. Knowing that she is getting a little older, I bet she's not as much of a fan of it as she once was. Hope she had enough room to do her buisness...if you know what I mean.

Josh and Ethan were already scheduled to have off on Friday. Uncle Shawn was supposed to have a teacher day but that got canceled. Another day at home. Josh and Ethan can call him if they want to play Wii again!!

YORK UPDATE

Hey everyone,

So this is what York looks like the day after our second blizzard! Huge piles of snow along the driveway and street. Check our mailbox out below. The mail lady (Bertha) drove right by since she could not reach it. I got her when she came down the other side of the street. Then we shoveled the box out for tomorrow. Was surprised she came by 11:00 Thursday morning!!

Inside today. May venture out later. ENJOY THE DAY!!!

ELLICOTT CITY UPDATE

Hey there,

Look who built a snow fort!!! Looks very cool (and cold) Adam!!

Amy said they "got about 20 more inches from this latest snow (added to the 29 inches from the first snowfall) and lots of snow drifts. Some 6 or 7 feet tall! We'll dig out again...in the next picture you can just barely see our mailbox peeking out."

NEW FREEDOM UPDATE

Hey everyone,

Check out these pictures from New Freedom during the storm Wednesday. The boys said they did not get out and play in it. We played Wii with each other remotely instead. Fun playing Mario Cart with each other in our own homes.

READING SNOW UPDATE

Hey everyone,

Check out these pictures from Grandmom and PopPop Godack's house in Reading. Looks like they got a lot of snow too!!!! I wonder if they got outside and played in the snow and made snow angels????? Hope they got plowed out and did not have to shovel themselves out. It looks really pretty....and deep too!!!

MARYLAND SNOW UPDATE

Hey everyone,

Check out these pics from the Lowes from Sunday morning. Weather report says Howard county hit the hardest -- between 33 and 40 inches depending on where you live. Our yardstick said 29 inches. Lots of snow drifts.

No school tomorrrow. Still no snow plow.

Hope the snow plow comes soon.....but enjoy the day off tomorrow!!!!! (Are you now going to school until JULY!?!?!?!)

NEW FREEDOM SNOW UPDATE

Hey everyone,

Looks like Josh and Ethan got about 22 inches at their house this weekend from SNOWZILLA!!!! or SNOWMAGEDDON or SNOWPOCALYPSE!!! (Crazy names for this storm, huh?)

Check Jason out shoveling the wall of snow at their house. You must check the two videos below. See what happens when 2 young boys get in the way of a snowblower!!! FUN!!!

SNOW IN MARYLAND

Hey everyone,

Check out the pictures of Adam playing in the snow. Looks like they got 19 inches!!!!!!! (We got 12 inches here in York.) Maybe a delay Monday morning for school? We shoveled ourselves out but did not play in the snow like Adam is. Looks like he's having tons of fun!!!! Where's the snowman Adam????

HOLY HAIL STORM!!

Hey everyone,

We just had a big hail storm come through here at 4:00 on Sunday afternoon. Only pea sized hail but lots of it. Came down hard for about 10 minutes then changed to rain then stopped. The sun is coming back out soon, but it was pretty cool while it lasted. Check some video below.

Thanks to Kate to calling and warning us! We think out plants and flowers are OK. Good thing we have a garage.
