SPACE MOUNTAIN MUSIC

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share some cool news!!! Space Mountain in Florida now has MUSIC!! It is not speakers in the ride vehicle itself, but speakers along the track. It's spacey music not rock and roll like Rockin' Rollercoaster. Check out a clip of someone taping the audio on the ride here.

I think Uncle Ted and I will be the next people in Disneyworld in January for the marathon so we'll have to tell you all about it!!

MORE SUMMER MUSIC....

Here is another song that I am listening to a lot this summer. It's on my playlist when I run, on my ipod in the car and plays on the dance station on our satellite radio.........enjoy........and try not tapping your feet or getting up and dance a little.........

ERIC AS WILLY WONKA!!

Hey everyone,

Check out some cool photos of Eric in his latest show. He played my favorite character Charlie Bucket. I bet he had to sing the Golden Ticket song!! Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is one of my favorite movies of all time and I love the music!! We'll have to get Eric to sing a song or two for us the next time we see him.

JONAS BROTHERS ON OPRAH

OK,

So I must admit, I don't know much about the Jonas Brothers. Emily will have to fill me in when I come down for her birthday. (I know some of them were in Camp Rock, which we did not see either.)

Well, I can't keep up with all of their info but I thought I would share that they will be on Oprah this Thursday July 24. If you miss it, here is some of their interview and their performance. Enjoy!!

GET THE PARTY STARTED!!!

Hey kids,

Found some cool new music today that I thought you should know about. I bet some of you have heard Pink's song "Get the Party Started," right?? Well, there is an NEW version that I think is cooler.

The song playing right now on the IPOD on this page is Shirley Bassey's new version of the same song. Shirley Bassey is a singer that has sung many of the themes to the James Bond movies like Goldfinger, Diamond are Forever and others. Here is some info about her.

MUSIC REQUESTS

Hey there,

I put a new song on the player today. It's Madonna and Justin Timberlake's new song "4 Minutes." It's my favorite that I am playing on my IPod right now. Hope you like dancing around to it like I do!

If you have any music requests that I can put on the site, please let me know. Not sure what the latest Hannah Montana or Jonas Brothers hits are right now. Let me know and I'll try and get some of YOUR music on the site. From show tunes to songs kids are talking about at school, let me know!!

To PAUSE the music so you can hear video on the page or if you just don't want to listen, all you have to do it hit the pause button which looks like this ||

Just wanted to let you know that there is new music on the ipod to the side. I know some of you may turn it off when you come onto the site so I wanted to let you know. The ipod is not shuffling songs right now so you can hear the new songs at the beginning. Remember, you can use the buttons on the ipod to advance to any song you want to hear. WINNERS!!!!

WEBSITE MUSIC

OK, So I think I've figured out how to put music on this blog. I am going to stick to DisneyWorld stuff so if you have a request of a favorite ride or music from the parks, let me know and I'll try and find it.

There are a few songs ready to play now. Just use your mouse and click the right and left arrow buttons to scroll up and down the song list until you see a song on the screen you want to hear. Then click on the name of the song in the view screen and listen. (Not sure why clicking the play button does not work.)
