Birthday wishes go out to Uncle Shawn today as he celebrates his 40th birthday. He and uncle Ted spent the weekend in Cape May and tried. To find 40 different birds for his 40th. Well, we did find 41 but the highlight was finding a new bird for us and a rare one for the area. A scissor tailed flycatcher. Mostly seen in Texas, we found this bird pictured below in Cape May. It was not the 40th, but was a fantastic find anyway. Had a great, sunny birthday ending with another great dinner at the Blue Pig Tavern.
