YORK FAIR ENTRIES

Hey everyone,

Guess what we just did......We entered the York Fair this year for the first time. We are entering some of our canned goods and a few photographs to be judged. Pretty cool, huh? Check out some photos below of our entries....(we were going to enter a jar of zucchini pickles but we just ate our last jar....oops.)

Here is our Exhibitor Ticket which gives us a discount to enter the fair.

Packing up the car with our entries.

Offical paperwork given to us after we dropped our stuff off to be judged.

Three bean salad....

Zucchini relish....

Pear sauce....

Spaghetti sauce....

Pickled red beets....Pop Pop Godack's favorite....

Pears that Ted's mom canned from her orchard's pears....

One of the last jars of peaches that Ted's dad canned himself. This was a sentimental entry and we hope they get a prize. Look how cool they are packed. These peaches were also from their orchard. Fingers crossed for these!!!

I also entered a black and white version of this photo I took in Paris which was hanging in our dining room...

And I also entered this photo as well from my trip to Italy.

We're really excited to see if we win anything. There were some pretty cool entries when we dropped them off. Judging is later this week and winnners will be posted in time for the fair's opening this weekend. WISH US LUCK!!

Love,

Uncle Shawn & Uncle Ted
