Hey everyone,Here's a picture of Uncle Shawn and his friend Mike before the 10K (6.2 mile) run on Sunday. BOY WAS IT HOT!!!!!!!!! Some people were even passing out. We did fine. We paced ourselves, had lots of water and finished in good time. Uncle Shawn finished in about 49.5 minutes. Offical time coming out later. Very happy with his time. He just signed up to run a half marathon in September that goes from George Washington's house, Mount Vernon, up to Alexandria to the new National Harbor. Can't wait!! Hopefully cooler by then.
