Hey everyone,
Check out Adam at his first track meet!! He ran the 3000 meter run. He did great, although he said he got
a cramp for the last two laps. He finished 6th overall with a time of
13:50. Not a bad pace for 1.86 miles. He may even run the relay next week!! GOOD LUCK ADAM!!!
The week before, Adam ran a 5K race that was cold and rainy and very hilly. He did great, though. He didn't get a personal record, but was really close. He ran it in 25:46 and came in 2nd in his age group.
