
Hey everyone,
The garden is growing really well. Stay tuned for a video/garden tour later this week. We have lots of yellow and green squash (zucchini) coming in right now. Going to use it in a pasta sauce tonight for dinner. Found a great recipe for bread and butter zucchini pickles that I tried. (see the photo above.) They have to sit in the jar for a few weeks before we eat them so we'll see how they turn out. Smelled good when I was canning them.
