LOWES BASEBALL SEASON

Hey everyone,

Here is some baseball news to share from another great baseball weekend at the Lowes.

Brandon won another game ball in the last regular season game -- 4 for the year! He went 2-for-3, threw out 2 guys trying to steal home, and generally played a great game. WAY TO GO BRANDON!! Keep up that great pitching.

Eric had another solid game, catching 2 innings and almost throwing a guy out at 3rd trying to steal...bad call by the ump! Ump said the 3rd baseman missed the tag. Sounds like you had a great game Eric despite the third base situation. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK THIS SEASON ERIC!!

Adam went 5-for-6 in his game and made 2 outs in the field -- one, while playing 1st base, he caught the ball then ran over and tagged the bag. Another, while playing 2nd base, he caught a throw and tagged the bag. THAT'S GREAT ADAM!! Sounds like you keep getting better and better each game!

AND LISTEN TO THIS BIG NEWS............Both Brandon and Eric were selected to play in the All-Star Memorial Day tournament this weekend in their respective leagues. They are both very excited. It's a big deal to be selected to play, because it's not your coach that picks, it's other coaches that have a formal draft. They'll play games all day Sat., Sun. and Mon. in the double elimination tournament...depending on if they win. GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!
