POP POP IS DOING WELL

Hi everyone,

Uncle Shawn here. I went and saw Pop Pop yesterday and he is doing VERY well!! He is not groggy from his medicine anymore and he is getting up and walking around (taking baby steps though.) They are having him do physical therapy 3-4 hours a day to help get his leg and hip back into shape. Lots of practice getting out of bed, going up and down stairs and ramps, and lifting weights to make him strong.

The doctors think he may go home by Saturday. It would be great if you could send him a card to his house so he can open them when he gets home. Make him a "welcome home" card!! Mine is in the mail today. I saw your cards at the hospital. Love the Donald Ducks I saw yesterday!!
