NEW 7 WONDERS ANNOUNCED

Hey kids,

Some of you know about the 7 Wonders of the World. There are a few lists:

7 Wonders of the Ancient World (which includes the Great Pyramid at Giza)

7 Wonders of the Modern Wonders (which includes the Golden Gate Bridge)

7 Wonder of the the Natural Wonders (which includes the Grand Canyon)

And other lists can be found here.

But recently, people were asked to vote on NEW 7 Wonders of the World and the list was announced 7/7/07 and includes:

Great Wall of China (China)



Petra (Jordan)

Christ the Redeemer statue (Brazil)

Machu Picchu (Peru)

Chichen Itza (Mexico)

Colosseum (Italy)

Taj Mahal (India)
